Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all signature LdSS packaging and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
